The Sound of Dead Leaves

Dead leaves fall to the ground, so soft is the sound,

The whisk of the wind as it blows in the breeze,

The clink of the brass iron key,

Grates against the gate,

Silk smooth hair as it bounces round,

Pink champagne and melon,

When I hear the kiss of your lips,

Silk tongue and creeping hands,

Each breathe escaping your lungs,

The heave of your chest as you come undone,

It is a blessing,

All the sounds I perceive,

The greatest gift to me.
