Kissed By An Angel

angelI’ve been kissed by an angel,

Wings enclosed,

My heavy heart,

The luminosity shone,

Incandescent under the moon,

Her graciousness bowed night into day,

The stars curtsy to the sun,

Aura of white, of golden flicker,

I was kissed by an angel in my darkest of days.

To all the angels in the world, the ones who walk this earth, who watch over us in the sky. This poem for you, a humble thank you, for keeping us safe and warm in days of darkness.
