A Chapel Of Antique Old

The wind howls on Beacons Ridge,

Way up in the skies,

Flicking dust and grime,

His face a wounded sight,

Of ruddy soil and plight,

Intricate forest vines,

Etch into his skin,

Rising from the earth,

In sacred refrain,

A chapel of antique old,

Brings him to his knees,

Looms down at his broken body,

In lone splendour,

He gives himself, freely,

The chapel allows no remorse,

The sky bellows down,

Throws rain a top his head,

The dirt washes away,

The vines fade,

He rejoices in his breath.
