Wildflowers and Damson Plum

In seamless union,
Their bodies twine,
Cooled by the nights shelter,
Burning against our piquant skin,
Bodies entwine, in silky mist,
Hushed by the autumn winds,
Blend as one,
Under skies of damson plums,
Veiled in snowbells and sundew,
Casting shadows into light,

Trembling,
Bodies weave,
In fields of reflecting meadows,
In seamless union,
Their bodies twine,
They dance where beauty lies.

For my friend Charlie Zero  who requested I continue writing this short poem:

“In seamless union,
Their bodies twine,.”

Into a full length poem. Thanks Charlie! I hope you like what I came up with!
