  1. Jen, I found this quote on the web and immediately came to think of you: Poetry is just the evidence of life.If your life is burning well, poetry is just the ash. (Said by Leonard Cohen)

And I want to add: Even your poetic ashes are beautiful and inspiring to take part of.

You are also very good at finding matching pics to your poems. In fact, I think you are a Flower Girl yourself, Jen. With the mission to spread joy and beauty to the world. You really know how to use words and let them form both thoughts and emotions. And there is often a wonderful rhythm in what you write. It’s like seeing your words dancing – in order to delight your readers. And I’m sure you yourself must enjoy writing. Otherwise it’s difficult to show this level of emotionality.

    • Wow thank you for your kind message. It has made my day. I love the quote! Writing is such a passion of mine. If I’m not writing, I’m thinking of writing. Reading and writing is a big part of my life and I feel such a sense of peace and freeness when I write. Until I started my blog, I lacked confidence in my writing ability. I didn’t even know I liked writing poetry. But I absolutely love it.

  2. BTW, Jen, are you acquainted with this quote from Charles Kingsley:

We act as though comfort and luxury
were the chief requirements of life,
when all that we need to make us really happy
is something to be enthusiastic about.

MY COMMENT: You seem to have found your special niche, Jen. Please, keep up your good artistic work!

    • I actually hadn’t heard this quote before. But it’s perfect. I truly believe love, family, friends, and passions, far outweighs any luxuries. The most important thing in life is to be happy with who you are, not what or how much you have. Thank you so much. I will defiantly keep writing. I don’t have a choice. I can’t help myself. ☺️❤️
