A thousand words unspoken,
A piece of paper torn,
Ash clouds,
And charcoal remnants,
Charred hearts,
Extinguished in each edge,
Smothered by the weight in his chest,
Skin a ragged death,
To choke on the smoke,
Full throttle and weeping,
Tears of blood,
Halted by the rays of the sun,
A crisp burn,
His grief,
An incessant woe,
Wretched in affliction,
To swallow, the blade,
To insomnia’s shallow grave.
