Encouraging Thunder Award

encouraging-thunderThank you Tessa for nominating my blog Ink and Quill, for the Encouraging Thunder Award. I’m humbled by the nomination and thank Tessa for her support and words of encouragement. Check out her inspiring site Tessacandoit

I started my blog around April this year and have found it to be a wonderful way to express myself, and be creative.

Before my blog I had always loved writing fiction. Not the best at short stories as I get carried away, just as I’m doing now…

I found out I loved writing poetry and have taken great pleasure in writing and sourcing beautiful imagery to share with you. I have also made some great connections with other incredible writers. Quite frankly I’m addicted to blogging.

There are so many wonderful bloggers out there, It’s hard to choose, but without any further ado, I nominate the following incredibly talented people;

These awesome people who deserve the award are (in random order) :

Crowds and Collective Thugs,

Photo inspiration and courtesy of :

In drifting thought,

Through cloudy days,

Of rain and dew,

Of skies of blackened ridge,

Folded under the above,

I walk among the crowds and collective thugs,

My feet shift in tune, to the song they play,

I do not waver from all they say,

Thrashing seas, of green, strip bare,

Beneath the trees, leaves debris,

In succession, we walk subdued,

Feeding off the lies they abuse.
